Here are Beverly and Roger Gilbertson in the early 1940s. Sister Beverly is a toddler and Roger is a bit older -
in a sailor suit and cap even then.
This is Rear Admiral Roger Gilbertson - again in a sailor suit and cap.
I'm surprised at how close the younger and older faces match after half a century!
